- Abstract
The article presents different views on whether they will consider any changes to address coverage gaps that occur as a result of Medicare Part D drug program in the U.S. One cites cost as a significant concern for senior patients. He suggests options for patients who cannot afford medication, including drug samples and compassionate programs from pharmaceutical companies. Another relates that he will not change his management strategy for patients on Medicare Part D. He says that he still opts for a prostaglandin front line, followed by beta-blockers.
