- Abstract
The article presents a case study of an 18-year-old patient who had diagnosed with interatrial septum mimicking atrial septal defect through transthoracic color-flow Doppler echocardiography. Topics discussed include the normality of the coronary sinus in a complete echocardiographic examination, the medical therapy of patient for follow-up and the coronary computed tomography angiography of the aortocaval fistula.
