- Abstract
The article explores the use of the mobile Internet in the U.S., according to data collected by the Census Bureau. The data cover questions about spectrum use, universal service, copyright, privacy, security, and the economy itself. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) found that mobile Internet usage has risen substantially across demographic categories and that broadband adoption continued to grow.
