The article offers information about the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA). It defines ACTA as an international intellectual property treaty for criminal and civil enforcement of intellectual property rights. It compares ACTA with the multiple intellectual property treaties and statutes and also discusses various aspects related to the digital copyright infringement.
