- Abstract
The article discusses the prevarication legal principle, suborbital flights, and commercial space travelers as of September 2012, focusing on an analysis of delimitation in regards to the boundaries between sovereign airspace and outer space. The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) issuance of a report in March 2010 on airspace traffic management and point-to-point (PTP) commercial space travel is addressed, along with an examination of the customary rule of international law.
