- Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of surveillance and data-gathering in relation to human sexuality and intimate behavior between consensual partners. Privacy risks and trust are addressed, along with the relationship between law and technology. Human fertility is addressed, along with the monitoring and recording of intimate activities. Online dating services and dating intelligence-related mobile apps are examined, along with wearable sex tracker devices and electronic stalking.
