- Abstract
The article offers information on a classroom study of how inquiry through Socratic seminars of Chinua Achebe's novel "Things Fall Apart" promoted cosmopolitan perspectives among students at a Christian school. Topics discussed include as a private Christian school, the school emphasized global citizenship and students were required to study a world language and travel abroad during their sophomore year, and the school required World Literature as part of its English curriculum.
