- Abstract
The article reports that the Veterinary Medicines Directorate is soliciting comments on its proposed changes to the Veterinary Medicines Regulations in Great Britain. Among the key changes to the proposed regulations are: a proposal to allow suitably qualified persons (SQPs) to supply veterinary medicines to retail customers from pharmacies without dual registration; registration and inspection of practice premises; and legal provisions on controlled drugs.
