- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a one-year-old with an ulcerated lesion in the hard palate initially misdiagnosed as an infection, later identified as a foreign body. Topics discussed include the rarity of such cases in toddlers, the challenges in diagnosis due to nonspecific features, and the importance of thorough examination to prevent misdiagnosis.
