Abstract
The author reflects on the financial crisis in the U.S. He cites that the crisis was not predicted despite active research in the financial sector. He notes that financial market, which exists under econophysics, has to interact with different fields including sociology to understand complex-system community. He remarks that the solution to the problem will not come through the application of physics alone and cites that physicist should collaborate with economists, who understand the market.
