The article focuses on a research conducted by researcher Mark von Zastrow and colleagues related to G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). According to the research, nanobody-derived fluorescent biosensors can be used to analyse of GPCRs activation. It also mentions that the nanobody based biosensors can reveal two phases related to GPCR activation including the initial ligand binding phase and the receptor internalization phase.
