- Abstract
The article focuses on a method of continuing education for employees called Technology Literacy Classes (TLC), founded by The University of Tennessee Libraries. TLC is a series of skill-building classes designed to keep the University of Tennessee Libraries staff technology skills on the cutting edge of ever-growing software upgrades and other advancements. TLC courses are developed based on feedback from annual surveys, and specific classes are selected based on the availability of software and equipment and the immediate relevance of the technology.
