- Abstract
The article talks about identifying social, emotional and identity needs of residents in care homes. The needs of every individual starts from the most basic physical needs to the more complicated needs of personal growth and development. Care home managers should provide a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that are enjoyable for residents. Religious differences must be respected to allow residents to maintain their personal autonomy.
