- Abstract
The article discusses the Systems Thinking approach in creating plans to address the complex social and health issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics discussed include a paradigm shift in human thinking, fight against COVID-19, for quality improvement, fight against Human Immunodeficiency Virus infection and Hepatitis C, explanation on the concept of Systems Thinking and indications of the effectiveness of the System Thinking approach.
