- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the evaluation of the significance of common components in school-based-websites. The author stressed that the literature useful for creating web pages for schools does not cater enough guidelines for ascertaining formal content of a school website. In light of this argument, a study was conducted to students, parents and caregivers of students, and full and part time classroom teachers at Cloud Springs Elementary in Ringgold, Georgia. The study revealed that composition of the school website is dependent upon the school having personnel with the technical expertise necessitated to make Web changes. It was also revealed that parents and students appear to dissent somewhat about the specific types of data that are of great importance in a website.
