The article discusses the issues related to the bayesian analysis and likelihood-ratio tests for interpretation of evidences in legal cases for giving appropriate judgments. It highlights the accuracy and precision of the non-scientific approaches for assessment of evidences. Also investigated is feasibility of the approaches in coming to a conclusion for appropriate judgments in different court cases.
