- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 22-year-old primigravida at 38 weeks and 2 days gestation with Intestinal malrotation. It informs that Intestinal malrotation entangled by midgut volvulus in infants and children. It mentions that vascular compression results in ischemia of the intestine and necrosis of the intestinal wall and also reports on proper management of anesthetic care.
