- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 82-year-man scheduled for elective laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy. Topics discusses include the history of severe anaphylactic reactions following rocuronium injection, endotracheal intubation, epinephrine administration, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) initiatiation after anaphylaxis, and selection of cisatracurium as the neuromuscular blocking agent for anesthesia.
