- Abstract
There are many Holocene continental active volcanoes in China and adjacent areas, and they have left a large number of eruption history records. Carrying out monitoring and research work on these active volcanoes is an important way to predict volcanic eruptions and volcanic disaster mitigation and prevention. A large number of geological mapping of highly denuded Late Mesozoic volcanic areas, as well as near-real-time geophysical and geochemical detection work in active volcanic areas, have greatly deepened the compositional characteristics and magmatic evolution of Mesozoic-Cenozoic continental volcanic rocks in eastern my country The understanding of the regularity and eruption patterns of volcanoes is an ideal research object for volcano monitoring. In recent years, volcanic disasters have attracted increasing attention, and research on global volcano monitoring has progressed rapidly. This paper systematically sorts out the main volcano monitoring methods at home and abroad and the important progress made, and analyzes the future development trend of volcanic disaster reduction and prevention work and the development direction of my country's volcano monitoring work. In the future, my country will carry out research on volcano monitoring, prediction and disaster reduction and prevention related to volcanic disasters, and provide reference for international cooperation.
