- Abstract
The article establishes the presence of T cells reactive with human leukocyte antigen (HLA) allele peptides from the histone demethylase JARID1B in the circulation of breast cancer patients. The responses of CD8 T cells are analyzed in order to know whether the nuclear protein is a potential target antigen for immunotherapy of breast cancer. Figures showing high-grade breast tumors with the greatest levels of JARID1B are presented. The selection of JARID1B peptides through algorithmic prediction of HLA-A binding peptides is discussed.
