- Abstract
Aiming at the problem that multi-port converter always pursues high efficiency and high power density, a dual Buck/Boost-LLC three port DC-DC converter through magnetically integrated was proposed. Based on the research of full bridge LLC resonant converter, two magnetic inductive elements were introduced at both ends of the primary resonant cavity, and an interleaved parallel bidirectional Buck/Boost converter was integrated through the common using of inverter-bridge switches, which can reduce the number of power components; At the same time, two interleaved inductors of Buck/Boost were coupled and integrated reversely to realize the current sharing of the two-phase circuits, while the power density is improved by decoupling and integrating with LLC resonant inductor by using magnetic integration technology. The converter can achieve soft switching characteristics over the full load range. Through pulse width modulation(PWM) and pulse frequency modulation(PFM) control, the converter’s working principles, working modes and DC gain characteristics under different power flow between ports were analyzed, and the magnetic parts were designed. The volume of integrated magnetic parts is 38.66% lower than that of fully discrete magnetic parts. At last, a 300 W experimental prototype system was built to prove the correctness.
