The article presents a research study on hydrotherapy in Ancient Greece. Topics discussed include role of water in the legislation regarding hygiene and the therapeutic practice, the Hebrew sanitary legislation that regard water in the hygiene of all people and water perceived as one of four of the body humors by Greece philosopher Plato. It also mentions that the temples of Asclepius include bathing as one of treatment measure.
