- Abstract
The article discusses a case of dizygotic monochorionic twin pregnancy preceded by intracytoplasmic sperm injection treatment including assisted hatching. Karyotyping and zygocity determination revealed the twins to be dizygotic with normal female and male karyotypes. There were clinical and sonographic signs of twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). At 32 weeks' gestation, cesarean delivery was done. Histology of the placenta revelead it to be monochorionic diamniotic.
