Abstract
The article presents various reports on biotechnology. Research conducted by the Department of Internal Medicine and therapeutics in Pavia, Italy showed that omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) helps in the improvement of insulin resistance parameters in a postprandial situation in patients challenged with oral fat load. A review of fermentation equipment used in small- and large-scale beer production was conducted by Alvin Nienow and colleagues.
