- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old man who has pruritic papules, vesicles, and erosions of the scalp, trunk, and oral mucosa. It notes that the patient previously had chronic hepatitis B and C infection and underwent a renal transplant. A skin biopsy was undertaken from the patient's scalp which revealed subepidermal bullous disease. It notes that the occurrence of the disease could be attributed to furosemide or tacrolimus, hepatitis B and C virus infection, or renal allograft.
