- Abstract
Objective to identify the degree of stress in nursing residents during the pandemic period. Materials and methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive study with a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was used for sociodemographic characterization and, to define the degree of stress of the participants, the Lipp Stress Signs and Symptoms Inventory - ISSL was used, which identifies the presence of stress, the predominant symptoms and the phase in which the participant meets. Results: The sample consisted of 52 residents, with varying degrees of stress. Of the physical and psychological symptoms of the participants in the resistance phase, physical and psychological fatigue, excessive emotional sensitivity and self-doubts predominated.
