- Abstract
The article focuses on the collaborators of French President Charles de Gaulle at the Matignon and Elysee highlighting the Gaullist current liability. It relates de Gaulle's intention of establishing a new regime to address the social, economic, and political problems in France as well as his launching of a vast program which catered on economic measures and community assertion of independence. It also mentions the founding of the V Republic whose people possess devotion and discretion.
