- Abstract
The article features Robert West, former editor of the journal. West began studying medicine at St. George's in London, England in 1973 and did his pre-clinical training at University College London (UCL). He took a post-doctoral position at the Institute of Psychiatry's Addiction Research unit where he joined a smoking research team led by Mike Russell. He was invited to participate in a committee advising the United Kingdom government on behavioral issues in controlling the pandemic in 2020.
