- Abstract
A prospective, comparative study of ventilation-perfusion planar imaging and ventilation-perfusion SPECT for chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension. SPECT perfusion imaging was then performed, and three times more radioactivity counts of perfusion imaging than ventilation imaging were acquired. Correlation between perfusion abnormalities extent in ventilation/perfusion SPECT/CT with hemodynamic parameters in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
