- Abstract
The article focuses on the presence of the internet-related juror misconduct in the Superior Court of New Hampshire and the efforts made by the judges for preventing such misconduct. Topics discussed include right of fair trial before an impartial juror, constitutional rights of the criminal defendants for having fair trials and the improper access of internet while the criminal trials. It further discusses the judicial opinions on the issues related to juror misconduct.
