- Abstract
The objectives of our work are to find strategic solution for a real plant in difficulty in order to manage the plant slump. In order to capture the practical evidence the methodology used by authors consists in sensitive analysis: to design a Business Plan and to simulate the situation (realist, optimist and pessimist scenario - Reserve Plan) of the studied plant. In realist scenario sales have positive trend. In optimist scenario authors model the sales, direct headcount, labour productivity and labour efficiency. In pessimist scenario the authors model sales, cost of sales, direct labour fluctuation and direct headcounts. Finally, after sensitive analysis is done the authors give solutions and make propositions for studied plant necessity to surpass its uncertain situation.
