- Abstract
The article presents a case study about a 10-month old baby who has been trying to vomit with nothing coming up and moan. Her skin was see-through and the veins in her face could be seen. When the patient was examined by her general practitioner, the doctor performed a cursory examination and did not appear to take seriously her concerns. The patient's condition during the car journey to hospital and before and during the fluid administration.
