- Abstract
The article focuses on issues surrounding minimization of subtle racism in the workplace. Topics discussed include Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that aims to avoid harm associated with workplace discrimination, Title VII that enables plaintiffs to bring suit based on racially hostile work environment claim with purpose to incentivize employers to implement anti-discrimination policies, and the U.S Supreme Court case Vance v. Ball State Univ based on harassment claims.
