- Abstract
The article presents a study on hemodynamic effects of a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor in postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS). Topics of study include randomized crossover trial with sertraline on patients with POTS, measurement of heart rate, systolic, diastolic, and mean blood pressure, and result of the study, which shows that sertraline had a modest pressor effect in POTS patients.
