The article analyzes the occurrence of wrongful convictions in crimes that did not take place. Topics discussed include how the U.S. National Registry of Exonerations define no crime cases, the increase in the occurrence of accidental deaths as reported by the U.S. National Safety Council, and the correlation between official misconduct and wrongful conviction.
