- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the impact of inflation expectation on the fixation of the inflation target by Great Britan's Monetary Policy Committee. (MPC) It describes that inflation has fallen sharply in the recent years but warns about the low expectations of inflation. It mentions that low expectation of inflation can disturb the inflation target of MPC. Price of commodities could be affected and MPC will lose its credibility.
