- Authors
Waldron, Matt; Zampoli, Fabrizio
- Abstract
The article presents an analysis on the economic indicators of Great Britain. It investigates the impact of the changes in the country's lower economic inflation, demographics, and the lower real interest rate towards house prices. It notes that the lower inflation rate in the country has eliminated the front-end loading of mortgage repayments. It further concludes that the rise in debt and house prices in the country in 2006 was expected to rise.
