- Title
Fiscal rules for debt sustainability in emerging markets: the impact of volatility and default risk.
- Authors
Penalver, Adrian; Thwaites, Gregory
- Abstract
The article discusses the techniques and analysis involved in the finance of emerging market economies in Great Britain. Its volatility was somehow affected by some macroeconomic variables including primary budget balance, economic growth, inflation, domestic, foreign and exchange rates. However, it was inferred that International Monetary Fund surveillance also aided in fiscal policy and promoted crisis prevention.
