The article reports on the results of the 2003 British Dental Receptionists' Association (BDRA) Survey which is designed to enable the organization to recognize how to go about fulfilling their agenda. The survey showed the declining ages of receptionists from 31 to retirement. The author asserts that the industry needs to find ways to recruit and retain high quality staff to replace a retiring work force.
