- Abstract
The article discusses the copyright infringement case filed by Richard Anderson Photography against Radford University for its alleged use of the former's photographs in publication other than the 1982 student prospectus. The court decided that Radford University is immune from copyright liability based on the Eleventh Amendment of the U.S. Constitution while retaining Radford's Public Relations Director Deborah Brown as a defendant. The similar case of Wihtol v. Crow is also presented.
