- Abstract
The article talks about the standardization in presenting communication models related to systems biology. Since models continue to grow in size, complexity and scope, there is a need to improve the methods in sharing and understanding the work to facilitate the process basic to modeling. One way to do this is through the development of visual notation for diagrams with computational representation that allows software tools to process and communicate the model.
