- Abstract
The aim of the article was to analyze the financial condition of gastronomic establishments. The subject and purpose of the article allowed to formulate the following research problem: What is the impact of the coronavirus epidemic on the financial condition of Płock restaurants? The research tool that was used for the research was a questionnaire. For epidemiological reasons, the author of the study decided to conduct a CATI study. The current situation was a big problem as few owners of gastronomic establishments expressed their willingness to participate in the research. Ultimately, 5 restaurant owners took part in the study and answered the questions included in the questionnaire.
