- Abstract
This paper introduces the application of magnetic rail brake in railway trains such as high-speed trains, summarizes the influencing factors of wheel rail adhesion and the calculation method of adhesion coefficient, and analyzes the influence of track temperature rising on adhesion coefficient. Through the simulation calculation and combined with the study of practical application, it is considered that magnetic rail brake will aggravate the temperature rising of track in local sections, reduce the wheel rail adhesion under clean and dry conditions, and the higher the speed, the greater the influence on the wheel rail adhesion. Therefore, the rail vehicle with the combined action of adhesion brake and magnetic rail brake should have good anti-skid control performance.
