- Abstract
Objective: To construct a set of standardized food safety comprehensive evaluation index system. Methods: The research status of the comprehensive evaluation index system of food safety at home and abroad was sorted out from two levels of theoretical research and practical exploration. Results: Based on AHP and Delphi method, a set of comprehensive food safety evaluation index system covering 6 criteria, 24 first-level indicators and 41 second-level indicators was constructed. An empirical analysis of the food safety situation in the administrative region was carried out. Conclusion: This set of indicators can effectively evaluate the food safety status of each district, and has the advantages of comprehensiveness, practicality and comparability.
