- Authors
Stapff, K.-H.
- Abstract
The article focuses on several ways to prevent problems with the preservation of sterilized dental instruments. The author explains that sterilized dental instruments should be arranged properly on a tray to avoid touching the wrong instruments or wrapped the instruments centrally in a sterile container. The author also mentions that dental instruments, including aspirators and cheek retractors, can be stored on the side near the dentist assistants for accessibility and for easy monitoring of their cleanliness. He further states that the use of spore packs also plays a vital role in the preservation of sterilized dental instruments.
