- Abstract
The article presents a case study related to 14-year-old male has presented with leg pain and the inability to weight-bear following a fall sustained when he tripped while running. Topics include the long bone x-rays has identified multiple fractures in both legs and diffuse osteopenia, and the initial laboratory studies showed severe hypocalcemia, elevated alkaline phosphatase, and increased parathyroid hormone levels.
