- Abstract
The FIAlab-3500 sequential injection connected with cadmium colum is used to determine nitrate and nitrite in the sample with the method of griess reagent colorimetric. The concentration of chromogenic reagent, the injection rate of sample and chromogenic reagent, flow rate and reaction time are optimized. The results show that the calibration curve is linear over the range 0~10 mg/L of nitrate and nitrite, and the linear equation is y = 0.2317x - 0.0196 (R² = 0.9991) and y = 0.2500x - 0.0325 (R² = 0.9992) respectively. The detection limits are 0. 0036 and 0.0033 mg/L, the relative standard deviation values are 1. 9% and 1. 3% for nitrate and nitrite, respectively, and the recovery of standard addition is 96%~105%.
