The article presents the author's views on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as of March 2016, highlighting the historical and religious significance of Jerusalem. The history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is discussed as well as the social and economic problems of both parties. Other topics include religious conflict Jerusalem, Israeli attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the Israeli occupation of Jerusalem.
