- Abstract
The article reports that Jenny Randerson of Cardiff Central has called on the Assembly Government to launch a pupil premium in connection with the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) and the funding gap between England and Wales. It states that the Welsh Liberal Democrats believe that a pupil premium can solve the 604-pound funding gap and issues faced by the Welsh education sector. It also presents Paul Davies, Peter Black, Brian Gibbons, and Nerys Evans' stance on the issue.
