- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 51-year-old man suffering from urethro-anastomotic fistula. The patient underwent laparoscopic-assisted low anterior resection with colonic J pouch formation and covering ileostomy for rectal adenocarcinoma. Thereafter, the patient developed an urethro-anastomotic fistula with recurrent urinary tract infection.
